Items are sometimes a little overpriced (nostalgia makes money!).
Don't like the way they take immediate payment for future releases. Most other companies take advance orders but do not process payment until item is in stock. Maybe they should consider this.

I purchased TB2 Limited Edition Collectible and when it arrived it was missing an engine insert. When I contacted customer service they said they would look into getting me a replacement part, but due to issues that wasn't possible. Next solution was it was decided to send me out a complete new model free of charge. Now I want to publicly thank customer service, especially Louise Everson who went beyond the call of duty on this one and bent over backwards to help me out. Super effort and I thank you.

I purchased the UFO Comic Anthology Volume One. The book was well packaged, and arrived in good time. The book is a true collectors edition, beautifully bound, and very engaging. Love it…looking forward to volume two.

I love this store.
Recently I brought the Thunderbird 2 Die Cast Collectible – Limited Edition model. Unfortunately Royal Mail did there usual trick and I was still waiting 15 days. I contacted the team in the mean time and waited. In the end, they sent me out another model which was received the next day..
I can't thank Louise Everson enough. She has been so helpful and patient. She is a credit to the company. Thank you.

I’ve been a Gerry Anderson fan since I was a little kid, and was pleasantly surprised to find the Gerry Anderson Store. I really enjoyed the UFO series, and once I saw the SHADO Technical Manual, buying one was a “no-brainer”. In fact, I bought two and gave one to an old friend as a gift. The Anderson team did an excellent job on the manual. It’s nice to have something to add more information regarding SHADO, especially the detailed vehicle descriptions.
Also, I had no serious issues with shipping to the USA. The package even arrived earlier than expected. However, having additional protection for shipping more than one book would have been helpful.

I recently bought the Fireball XL5 technical Operations manual, and as with the others in the series, it didn't disappoint. The graphics and artwork were, GREAT. It Gives a good in-depth history of the shows, crew, and equipment. I thoroughly recommend this to all fans of the show and things Gerry Anderson.

I was brought up on Thunderbirds in the 1960s'. The Gerry Anderson Store is brilliant. It sells a wide range of GA merchandise from all the GA series including plastic kits of Thunderbird vehicles with accurate mouldings. I have just bought a diecast Thunderbird 2 which is very accurate and studio-like and the best version of this model I have seen. Service is excellent and model arrived quickly, well packed and in very good condition. Also bought the World Space Patrol technical manual which is well produced to a high standard. Really recommend this store if you like all things Gerry Anderson.

First of all to make this sho available to those who loved it as children is priceless. What shaped my person during my childhood years were several factors, one being science fiction TV during the early 60's. As a growing boy I fell in love with shows like these when i lived in New York. I was flabbergasted when I saw this show offered in Bluray. I own a copy of the show in DVD, but had to buy a region free dvd player (which broke down about 10 years ago) to watch this show. The quality was not good on that DVD. This Bluray allows me to watch it on my 55 inch screen and 4K player and it looks beautiful. Kudos to you guys, and I want more shows like this on Bluray.

I appreciate how quickly I have received items that I have purchased. I love my Space: 1999 Moonbase Alpha Technical Operations Manual. The pictures and quality is like the real thing. I'm so glad that Shop Gerry Anderson has started with the diecast Eagles. Now I can complete my collection of them. The detail on the Eagles is amazing. I was delighted when my order for the SHADO Technical Operations Manual arrived within 2 days.
The book itself is superbly made, and as a lifelong fan of Gerry Anderson series, UFO in particular, I rate it as excellent from cover to cover. Without a doubt, it is the best book I have on the series. Every page has stunning illustrations and photographs, ones I've not previously seen anywhere in print, to accompany the descriptive text. Everything in it shows just how well imagined and thought out the SHADO organisation was. If technical questions have crossed your mind while watching episodes of the series, the chances are the definitive answers are here, in this book.
Highly recommended to anyone who loves UFO. And thank you, Gerry Anderson Store.

Made by and only available from the Gerry Anderson store, I'm over the moon about this Blu-ray title. Until now I only had a DVD which looked like it was lifted from a VHS tape. The picture quality and audio of this Blu-ray brilliant and clear. Far better than the original TV broadcast. The addition of a schematic poster of 'Alteres' was a nice touch. The disk contains lots of extras, including documentaries, music and stills. I've always enjoyed the film, such a shame it was never made into a series. This is a must for any Sci-Fi and or Gerry Anderson fan.

I bought Space: 1999 technical manual and the checkout showed it would be shipped priority 2-3 day after allowing a day or two for processing. It was from the UK store and I figured it was the standard response to a UK sale (I live in USA) and there was no way I would see it for at least 2 weeks. I was wrong. There it was, about 5 days after ordering, packed very well in a cardboard wrap-around box, arriving in perfect condition. A very happy customer.

I was excited to see the Gerry Anderson Store offering a rare(ish) video, "The Day After Tomorrow" upscaled for BluRay. I wanted to support this effort and purchased it right away. I live in the US and was pleasantly surprised that the he DVD arrived in excellent shape in a very reasonable time. The special edition slipcase is something any Gerry Anderson fan would appreciate because of the technical box art and so eye catching (I teach graphic design). The BluRay case is also beautiful with the show's cast as an ensemble which, to me, represents the action in the show. I am so glad I bought this special edition BluRay edition. It looks fantastic and showcases a rarely seen part of the Anderson catalog.

I have bought several items from this fantastic website all Space 1999 products as that’s my favourite show. This includes cosplay series uniforms, t-shirts and book. My last purchases being Mission Control and moonbase security t-shirts.
Everything I have purchased so far has been top quality and arrived in good condition.

I recently found the Gerry Anderson app and was just amazed at all of the products they had from the shows I watched as a kid. I purchased a Space 1999 Technical Manual a couple years ago and noticed they had one for the show UFO. I wanted to buy it but it was out of stock, so I emailed their customer service team and promptly got an answer to my question of when more would be arriving. A couple weeks later more were in stock. I promptly ordered one and had it within seven days coming to the states from the UK… It was packaged extremely well. Awesome site and I highly recommend checking them out no matter what Anderson show you loved!!
